Simply browse available time slots, select your preferred schedule, and enjoy access to our state-of-the-art equipment and expert support. From soundproofing to top-tier audio tools, our space is built to elevate your recording sessions.
Visit The Executive Mic booking page to view available dates and time slots. Browse through the calendar to find an open session that works for you. 1Check Studio Availability
Once you've found an available slot on our booking page, select your desired date and time. Ensure to account for setup, recording, and teardown time in your booking. You can also add extra services such as technical assistance or additional equipment if needed.
2Select Your Preferred Time
Confirm Booking & Make Payment
After selecting your preferred time, proceed to confirm your booking. You will receive a detailed summary of your session, including the total cost. Secure your booking by making the payment online through our secure payment gateway.
3Once payment is processed, you'll receive an email confirmation with your booking details, directions to the studio, and parking instructions. Keep this confirmation handy, as it includes all the necessary information for your session.
4Receive Booking Confirmation
REMINDER OF Booking
Once your booking is confirmed, you will receive a reminder three days before your scheduled recording. This ensures you have ample time to prepare and make any necessary arrangement.
5When it’s time for your session, our team will assist with setting up basic equipment and ensuring everything runs smoothly. As this is primarily a self-service podcast recording studio, we can only provide a document outlining the step-by-step process to properly set up the podcast studio for recording. A link to a video recording will be sent ahead of your scheduled session. If you require technical support beyond the basic setup, additional assistance is available upon request for an extra fee.
6Show Up for Your Recording
During your recording, you’ll have access to our breakout room for prep work, discussions, or taking a break between sessions. This room is equipped with comfortable seating and a space for relaxation and brainstorming with your team.
7Use of Breakout Room
After your session, you can head back to the breakout room for final touches or discussions before you leave. Be sure to check out with reception to finalise any remaining details. A link to the copy of the recording will be sent in 1-2 business days.
